One of the best vegan menus I have ever seen, with lots of varied options for vegans. I had vegan sausages, chips, peas and gravy, with vegan "honeycomb" ice-cream to follow, all very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely, Olde English atmosphere, effortlessly classy. Access from the road is either up a few steps or a ramp. Internally, there is one step up to the dining area we used. Highly recommended.

We are regulars at the red lion the food never disappoints and the service is outstanding. Tonight we were with friends. It was our turn to go to them but they asked if they could come to Red. That speaks for itself. Can not recommend this place enough the staff the food the atmosphere is absolutely unbeatable. Highly recommend

Lovely eating house. Food was all cooked to order and delicious. Hopefully we’ll be back again. The staff were all kind and very helpful.
